How long does shipping take?

Do you offer size guides for your clothing items?

Yes, we provide size guides for most of our clothing items. You can find the size chart link on the product page, which provides measurements and guidelines to help you choose the correct size. We recommend referring to the size chart and comparing your measurements to ensure the best fit.

Shipping and Delivery Policy 

 - We ship worldwide please allow 1 - 3 days for your order to be processed. Shipping takes 2- 8 Business Days! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. To track your order at any time, you'll be able to use your tracking number sent via email.

 

Orders over $200 may require a signature at the time of delivery.

- We offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your address to verify if we deliver to your location. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Pre Order Policy - Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering with Blk Fiori! Payment: When placing a pre-order, the full amount of the item, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be charged at the time of purchase. This secures your reservation and confirms your commitment to receive the product once it becomes available.

Order Fulfillment - Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse and are ready for dispatch. The estimated shipping date will be mentioned on the product page and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to update you on any delays or changes to the estimated shipping date.

Mixed Orders -  If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship them together once all items are available. If you would like to receive the in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

Cancellation and Refunds - You have the option to cancel your pre-order at any time before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the cancellation process. Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

   - Blk Fiori will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
